As many of you know, over on my YouTube channel, I often share guided meditations — little moments of calm and connection designed to help you tap into your intuition, your energy, and that beautiful sense of peace we all crave in this busy world.
Meditation has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s something that’s evolved with me through my own spiritual journey — from my early days exploring the teachings of You Can Heal Your Life (a book that truly changed my outlook) to later becoming a qualified yoga teacher and diving deep into energy work, intuition, and the magic of self-awareness. It’s all part of this ongoing path of growth, healing, and soul connection that I love sharing with others.
This week, I’ve created something really special — a series of Halloween guided meditations for Samhain. Each one explores a slightly different theme connected to this magical time of year, when the veil between worlds feels thin and the air is charged with mystery.
Here’s what to expect:
Day One (released today) – The Samhein Pause
A grounding meditation to help you slow down and tune into your inner calm as the darker half of the year begins.
Day Two – Finding Light in the Darkness
An invitation to reconnect with nature’s quiet power — the soil, the trees, the energy that holds us steady.
Day Three – Meeting Between Worlds
A mystical journey to feel the subtle flow of energy between the seen and unseen — the space where earth and spirit meet.
Day Four (Halloween Night) – Whispers Through Time
The grand finale — a soothing, magical meditation for Samhain night, guiding you into the sacred space between realms where peace, clarity, and connection await.
Each of the Halloween guided meditations is narrated by me, with gentle music and atmosphere to help you fully immerse yourself. You can listen to one each day leading up to Halloween, or save them all for a special Samhain ritual.
Whether you’re deeply spiritual or simply curious, I hope these meditations offer a little comfort and a sense of wonder during this enchanted time of year.
