A witchy look and why I’ve got witches on my mind

Do you think I’ve got the witchy look down? The only thing I could’ve done with is stripey tights instead of polka dot ones, but I think it’s still pretty witchy, right? And why am I dressing a bit witchy, you’re probably asking? No reason, in particular. Just because I’m feeling a bit witchy at the moment lol.

I’ve always been fascinated with witches – ever since I was a kid, I can remember loving all things to do with magic and witchcraft, and I’ve never really changed. Not only that, but I’ve ALWAYS loved witchy style lol. It’s just something that is very me. Really…. ask all my friends 😉

Calla boots

So, when Calla very kindly sent me these boots (already seen on the blog twice! Here, and here), I could just imagine them all dressed up in black and in my very unique witchy way. I simply cannot help myself, I just love this kind of look. And I’m happy to wear it any time of the year, not just Halloween.

But speaking of witches and the witchy look, there is actually a reason why I’m thinking about it at the moment. I’ve got a brand new book series in the pipework! I’m crazy excited about it and can’t wait to get started (I just need to finish the other two books that are almost there, first). But the witchy series just will not leave me alone. I’m thinking about it all the time, and I’ve got some fabulous ideas. It’s going to be brilliant he he he (that was my best witch impression). No, I’m not going to do it again.

If you’re curious about the outfit, the gorgeous black gipsy skirt is from the Calzedonia / Tezenis shop at the Faro outlet, the green sweater (which isn’t exactly visible) was from Stradivarius, the denim jacket and starry night scarf are Primark originals (!), handbag from Desigual and the boots, which are ridiculously comfortable and utter perfection on my feet are from Calla Shoes.

Anyway, better go now. I’m currently in a hotel in Germany, planning the next leg of our journey. We’re having a wonderful time, but more on that next week. Auf Wiedersehen folks 😉 x
