I’ve been planning a new hairstyle for a while – to coincide with my upcoming 40th birthday in December – and so decided to go ahead and do it early. Initially, I had planned to shave one side of the head (and undercut?) but then, after giving it some serious thought, decided against that and instead opted for an ombre look.
I had intended to dye the ends blue but after many hours in the chair, ended up with this fabulous new ombre hairstyle instead and I must say I totally LOVE it. The greyish/blueish tones set off my natural silver highlights perfectly. I walked out of the salon feeling like an extra off The Devil Wears Prada! I love the blunt chop of the long bob, the length and the colour. Can you tell I’m delighted? Chantal of Chantal’s Hair Salon in Ferragudo (Algarve) did a fabulous job, don’t you agree?
The new coloring looks great! I’ve never really seen ombre on shorter hair but it looks good on you.

Well duuuuh, this hairstyle makes you ten times younger! The ombre is quite playful and I love you so much in sneakers! ^_^ When I did my ombre I was super happy, a friend of mine who I met on the internet said it would look awesome on me and I listened to her advice and voila! 😀
