My new pink sparkly Doc Martens boots make me happy!

Check out my new pink sparkly Doc Martens boots! Aren’t they just the most beautiful pair of funky boots you’ve ever seen?! I’d spotted them on Schuh when they were on sale several weeks ago and was totally coveting them. Hubby, on the other hand, was not impressed. I kept showing him photos of them (much to his amusement) and then the price went back up and I was not impressed. Then, I just happened to glance at them on Black Friday and lo and behold, they were reduced again. So I finally bought them lol.

I was absolutely delighted with these pink sparkly Doc Martens boots when they arrived just a few days later – so much so that I shared a pic on Instagram and Facebook and got loads of comments. It turns out that just about everyone loves them, except for hubby of course. Mind you, I think he’s coming round to them now.

So I put them on over the weekend to walk the dog and go grocery shopping and we just had to take a few pics. The main reason hubby wasn’t keen on them is because they’re not leather. And when you’re spending around £100 for a pair of boots, he’d much rather they were. But they’re not so, well, who cares! This is a pair of boots that I cannot stop looking at. I just love how girlie they are, yet at the same time, they’re edgy which just makes them super fun to wear.

I’m taking them on holiday with me and might even wear them on New Year’s Eve due to their utter sparkliness. I’ve also splashed out on a pair of ankle boots which are rather more sophisticated. They’re from Calla Shoes and they’ll feature on the blog soon, I promise.

In the meantime, let’s just gaze at these beauties a little bit longer….

As for the rest of my outfit, these Garcia skinny jeans are new too and really comfy (and stretchy). We bought them on Black Friday from the Faro Outlet. I also found this skull top in the Ericeira Surf Shop for just 11 euros! I couldn’t believe my luck and snapped it up. It’s so me (you know how obsessed with skulls I am)! Needless to say, I just had to wear my skull earrings too 😉
