This song was on the TV whilst I was writing, hence the title… Easy Like Sunday Morning…. la de da… sorry….it’s stuck in my head now! We had some close friends stay with us over the weekend and we just had a really enjoyable chilled out couple of days. I cooked dinner on Friday night and hubby cooked Saturday night and then both nights we watched In The Heart of the Sea with Chris Hemsworth (the first half Friday and the rest Saturday). Saturday day time was spent chilling by the pool because the sun was beautiful and warm. Would you believe that later it was so chilly indoors though so we had to light the fire. The first of the season! YAY! LOL…. I do love a good fire at home, don’t you?
After our friends left us on Sunday, we pottered down to the lighthouse near where we used to live (Praia do Carvoeiro) and took a few pics. The light and the colours of the sea were just beautiful. But, as you can see, I was having a bit of a bad hair day. But it was okay, we were just chilling 😉
As for my outfit, I love this top. I bought it last year (or was it two years ago?) from Promod. I just had to have it considering I was born at the very end of 1975. But considering the fact that I just had to have it, I don’t wear it very often lol. Hey ho.
Because I just wanted to be comfy, I wore my favourite Levi’s, my Pull & Bear cardigan for a little extra warmth and my suede brown boots. Oh, and my Marti Ponti leather handbag which I just love. A simple outfit for a simple, chilled Sunday.

We lit a fire over the weekend too. But it was rainy and cold here…no sunshine.
I was born in 1969. I couldn’t wear a shirt with that…or I could and just enjoy making all the 13 year olds giggle.

Suzy, I like that song! I find that happens alot, getting a song stuck in my head. The tee is great it looks like it is soft. We used to have a real fireplace growing up, now we have a gas one.. even though they both keep you warm, nothing like a real fire! LOVE the booties and your beautiful leather bag.
